On the 2nd of March, we had the joy of participating in a debate on the topic of Prison in 2nd Degree of Jurisdiction with Prof. Heloisa Estellita (pHD), in the auditorium of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie Campinas, in an event organized by the Academic Center Esther Figueiredo Ferraz, marking the beginning of Arcádia 2020 Week. On the occasion, our partner Luiz Guilherme Decaro spoke about PEC n. 199/19, pending in the National Congress, which proposes to solve the Judiciary Crisis, transforming special and extraordinary appeals into rescissory suits.
