We are pleased to announce that our partner Luiz Guilherme Decaro has been appointed Rapporteur of the 4th Disciplinary Committee of the Ethics and Disciplinary Court of the OAB/SP. The appointment took place at the beginning of April 24, by virtue of Regulation No. 248/24, issued by Dr. Patrícia Vanzolin, President of the São Paulo Section of the Brazilian Bar Association. His work will focus on the trial of lawyers who respond to ethical disciplinary proceedings before the class entity, always in search of a fairer and more ethical law.
