In the preventive scope, Decaro Advocacia advises legal entities elaborating legal opinions on issues related to Criminal Law and Procedure Law, always seeking to protect the interests of the company and its executives.

b) Litigation

In the litigation scope, Decaro Advocacia acts in the defense of its clients, whether as victims or investigated/accused in criminal proceedings. In the defense of victims, acts requesting the installation of police inquiries, following those investigations closely and promoting private criminal actions before Criminal Courts. In the defense of investigated/accused persons, it is involved in the investigative phase, judicial phase and criminal execution of cases involving Corporate Criminal Law, with emphasis on financial crimes, tax crimes, money laundering crimes, crimes against public administration, environmental crimes, unfair competition crimes, crimes against consumer relations, transit crimes, defense in international cooperation in criminal matters (extradition, mutual legal assistance), among others.
